As part of our strategic expansion into the UK market, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager. This role is crucial for the successful rollout of our energy flexibility solutions across the UK, ensuring seamless implementation, operation, and client satisfaction.
Context of this challenging position opening
Voltalis is expanding outside France for the first time to offer UK consumers, heated by electricity, its intelligent consumption control solution, thereby reducing their bills and carbon footprint.
In close collaboration with the UK Managing Director and the marketing and sales teams, you will ensure the, scheduling, and monitoring of Voltalis deployment operations.
Upon taking your position, you will initially join our head office team in Paris for up to 2 to 3 weeks, which is dedicated to improving processes, methods, and operational performance of operations. This period of immersion and training, working closely with field teams, products, and IT, will enable you to understand the key success factors for deploying our solutions
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of deployment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordination and Communication
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and sales, to ensure smooth project execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the deployment phase, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Technical Implementation
Quality Assurance
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement in deployment processes.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
